At first the hostess seated us in a small corner 2 top very close to a table of 5. The dining area we were in was the one with the water in the middle and candles floating. They weren't seating anyone in the other dining area by the bathrooms but it looked very nice and cozy on that side with couch like seating. More people started coming in later in the evening but still, not too busy for a Saturday night.Īmbiance: Beautiful interior with two different dining areas, a private dining area, a bar and also lanai seating. We came in on a Saturday night around 6:30pm and it wasn't crowded at all. I was actually very impressed with everything. I've heard a few mixed reviews of this place so I was excited to check it out myself. Our bill was $190 for the six of us with three drinks (2 coconut Thai tea and an IPA on draft) and we left hungry. It's not worth making a special trip into Waikiki like we did. If you don't mind over-priced okay food with okay service, then it won't be a disappointment. Very familiar with the food and how it was prepared. My son had the kids fried rice for $12.95! Our waitress was pleasant but she wasn't Yellow chicken curry for dad, green curry wagyu beef, and yellow crab curry. The food is just okay, my kids both said that the Thai food at Ala Moana food court is tastier and I have to agree. The serving portions are small for what you pay for and the flavor is just missing something. You're in Waikiki so I guess it's kind of to be expected so I was hoping for some really good Thai food. We arrived on time and during the course of our meal, it definitely wasn't full.įirst off, the food is expensive. ![]() I was able to make a last minute reservation for 6 people at 6 because the person I spoke to on the phone said they were fully booked from 6:30-7:45. Been wanting to try this place out and when my mom came over a visit we decided to try it.
